My many years of experience as an executive manager and external business psychologist within HR and organisational development at multinational and global businesses have given me first-hand knowledge about the challenges that often arise in organisations.
As Group HR Manager in Gumlink, Fertin Pharma (formerly DANDY) and HR Director in Vestas R&D, I have been responsible for the entire spectrum of HR and organisational processes in multinational and global contexts, in which my work included working with global competence strategies and joint ventures.
The focus areas of my work as an external consultant include global talent and manager development, executive coaching, change management and the development and implementation of HR strategies.
My educational background is in psychology (M.Sc.) and business (MBA), supplemented by extensive further education from international business schools and participation in internal company programmes by Danish and international experts. I have been certified by a number of business-oriented tests, including Hogan and Garuda assessment.
My daily work is based in my office in Aarhus, Denmark. In addition to this, I have regular weekly days in Copenhagen, and also regular days in London and Hamburg.
