My Leadership Programmes are primarily intended for large businesses, often with complex matrix organisations that are about to implement or are implementing extensive business or organisational changes. The programmes consist of a number of modules, often with the participation of 15-20 line managers or project leaders at a time.

The content of my programmes is not based on generic leadership dilemmas or business challenges. I develop the content and compose the programme so that it accurately addresses the competences of the participants and areas of responsibility within the context of the company’s current challenges, both organisationally and as a business, while considering the competitive situation in the industry in question.

I delve deeply into the personalities of the participants, the culture of the organisation, the company’s value chain and the competitive conditions in the industry to get each individual participant to change themselves as leaders and become conscious of how to use themselves as personal leadership tools in close interaction with the organisation of which they are a part.
