Development and implementation of HR strategies

I have been there myself; with management responsibility to develop own my own organisational units as well as all leaders and the total organisation in the direction desired, while implementing the required activities with a constant focus on business efficiency.

This means that I have concrete, operational experience with preparing and implementing HR models and processes that support the overall business strategy. I combine this experience with my professional psychological insight into what motivates people and gets them to perform in a commercial context.

In this way, I work with the interplay between developing the organisational frameworks that support the needs of the business and the development of managers and employees to enable them to work within these frameworks optimally. The result is strategic HR – implemented with business effect.
